In this video, Danielle explores how the solar plexus chakra supports confidence, communication, and personal authority in mediumship development. Many developing mediums unconsciously use protective language such as “I don’t know, but…” as a way of shielding themselves from being wrong or judged. Yet shifting this language to “What I know to be true is…” creates a noticeable change in the body, strengthening trust in intuitive information and supporting clearer communication with Spirit.
The solar plexus is closely connected to ego maturation, self-esteem, and gut instinct, helping mediums learn the difference between protective hesitation and authentic flow.
Mediumship asks practitioners to release the pressure to replicate another person’s style or path. While everyone experiences loss and could benefit from spirit communication, no single medium is meant to serve everyone.
Each practitioner brings a unique energetic presence shaped by their lived experience, personality, and way of relating to Spirit. Developing mediumship through the solar plexus involves trusting this individuality, recognizing that diversity in communication styles allows Spirit to reach different people in meaningful ways. As self-trust strengthens, mediums become more comfortable expressing what they perceive without excessive qualifiers, creating a clearer channel for Spirit and a more authentic experience for those receiving the message.
