The Initiation is a live online mediumship experience designed to deepen how you perceive, interpret, and communicate with Spirit through energy, awareness, and relationship.
Every round of The Initiation offers fresh teachings, practices and experiences for participants new and returning to continue to grow and evolve in your mediumship.
How the Online Experience Works
What to Expect
The Initiation unfolds over multiple weeks and includes weekly experiences designed to support learning, practice, and integration, and includes:

Mediumship Foundations Self-Study (5 Lessons)
This is a high-touch-point experience where you get direct mentorship with Danielle.
Private Online Classroom
All participants receive access to a private classroom on the Spirit School platform WHICH OPENS OCTOBER 1ST. This space includes live session links, replays, community chat, and integration resources. Replays are posted within 24 hours, and the classroom remains open after the course completes to support continued learning and reflection.
WE WILL EMAIL EVERYONE OCTOBER 1 TO WELCOME THEM INTO THE INITIATION CLASSROOM ON SPIRIT SCHOOL.

Lectures | Practice | Integration
The Sacred Connection with Spirit
Awareness + energetic sovereignty in practice. You will practice attuning on demand, altered states of consciousness, opening and closing, and identifying which of your senses Spirit reaches you through first. We amplify our Power for Spirit in this class.
Depth, Details and Delivery
You will practice taking a vague impression and pressing it into specific detail, and moving a reading from open to close without losing the link. We explore receiving and delivering sensitive and ‘tough’ information that comes through in ways that honours Spirit and our shared humanity.
The Light and Shadow of the Medium
Mediumship development is a self-healing journey. Your own grief, doubt and projections can surface as you open, and that is the work, to become a clear channel. This class is dedicated to the healing of the medium. You will practice: alchemizing doubt into faith and processes to “Heal that shit”.
Protocols, Agreements, Declarations
The structures that support our Spirit Work. We also touch on receiving and giving valuable feedback as developing mediums. You will practice: giving and receiving useful feedback, and naming your scope of practice out loud.
Relationships + Reconciliation
You will practice: identifying who has stepped forward and delivering what was left unsaid. We go deep into messages and Identifying blood relatives and beyond: mentors, chosen family, friends, pets and more.
THE LANGUAGE OF SPIRIT
Spirit does not speak to any two mediums the same way. This class is about learning your own language. We explore how information arrives through each of the clairs, which senses reach you first, how to call in extrasenses to add dimension to your contact. This class helps psychics and mediums alike.

An open hour together. Bring the questions that come up between classes, the ones you are not sure how to ask, and the ones you have been carrying for years. Nothing is off topic here. “How do I know if it’s psychic or mediumship?” a question asked in every round of The Initiation. In this energizing class we amplify our discernment, and have fun learning the difference in receiving information from the spirit realm, vs the realm of energy and potential.

Practice Reading Partners
Participants Opt-In weekly to be paired for additional practice to support consistency, confidence, and integration. This is by far participants favourite experience! This is where mediumship evolves from being understood, to innerstood.

Who this is for
This series is for mediums at any stage who want to develop a clearer, more specific mediumship practice; build confidence and trust in their perception; practice within an ethical, relational container; and learn through experience complemented with theory.
You do not need to be advanced. You do need to be willing to practice and engage. Advancing Mediums will love the opportunity to safely stretch themselves weekly in a safe-non-judgemental environment.

Danielle Searancke
Danielle Searancke is star of the Squamish Medium TV Show on APTN which celebrates her approach to mediumship - one that is rooted in compassion, empathy and with healing at its core. Danielle is an award-winning business owner, Indigenous medium, and teacher with over 13 years of professional mediumship experience. She is known for her compassionate, authentic, and relational approach to mediumship that honours humanity, ethics, and lived experience. Through Spirit School, Danielle has supported thousands of people in developing clear, grounded, and responsible spiritual practice in service to both mediums and the public.

Do I need to attend live?
No. This series is replay-friendly. While live attendance is encouraged when possible, all sessions are recorded and posted in the private classroom. There are multiple ways to engage, practice, and integrate outside of live class time.How do the online sessions work?
Classes are held live on Zoom. Replays, additional resources, practice prompts, and discussion spaces are hosted in the private Spirit School classroom. You can participate live, watch replays, or engage asynchronously depending on your schedule.What platform is Spirit School hosted on?
Spirit School has been hosted on the Mighty Networks platform since 2022. It is accessible via mobile app and web browser, making it easy to engage from anywhere.Is prior mediumship experience required?
No prior experience is necessary. This series is designed so novice mediums are supported and advancing mediums are deepening and refining their practice.How long do I have access to the content?
Until December 31, 2026 when we move to another community platform.What is the investment and currency?
The investment is an equal rate of $850 USD or $850 CAD. Payment is available in your local currency.

There are no refunds once enrolled. Under certain circumstances, enrollment may be deferred to a future cohort. Please contact support if you need to discuss a deferral.Will there be ways to practice outside of class?
Yes. Practice circles, reading partnerships, reflection prompts, and community discussion spaces are included to support consistent practice between live sessions.
