MEDIUMSHIP
and the Root Chakra
Video mini lecture
In this video, Danielle speaks about how the root chakra can shape the foundation of learning mediumship, particularly through themes of belonging, self-trust, and spiritual maturation.
Many developing mediums feel like a “black sheep,” drawn to a path that may not be reflected in their family or community. The journey often begins with healing questions of belonging and learning to feel at home within oneself, rather than waiting for external validation. As shared in the teaching, “I am not the black sheep, I am the blueprint,” reminding us that spiritual practitioners often create the spaces they once longed to find.
Learning mediumship asks us to examine inherited beliefs about intuition, spirit communication, and service, and consciously choose what feels true as our awareness grows.
The root chakra also brings forward the vulnerability of being seen while developing spiritual abilities. Mediumship can surface fears of judgment, failure, or humiliation, especially when practicing in front of others. Yet this process builds self-esteem, dignity, and resilience, strengthening one’s ability to serve as a clear channel for Spirit.
