Muscle testing is an incredible biofeedback tool that can help you hone in on yes/no answers and positive/negative feedback from your body, energy field, and guides.

This 1-hour class will teach you three different muscle testing techniques to allow you to feel more confident assessing energetics and accessing your own intuition.

We will also be discussing what muscle testing can and cannot be used for, how to incorporate it into your daily practice, and additional ways to develop this skill.
