ONLINE CLASS – SPIRIT SCHOOL COLLECTIVE
Free for Collective Members (Membership | $150/Month)
Tuesday, September 9
10:00Am PST / 1:00pm EST
Becoming more energetically aware isn’t just a spiritual practice—it’s a life skill.
In this workshop, we’ll explore how tuning into your internal signals and subtle shifts in your environment can help you move through life with more adaptability, clarity, and personal power. When you're aware of how energy affects your thoughts, emotions, and body, you can make better decisions, set clearer boundaries, and recover more quickly from challenges.
You’ll be guided through:
Practices to sharpen energetic perception and somatic awareness
Tools to build nervous system resilience and learn to manage stress effectively
Reflections on how energetic awareness leads to more strategic choices and stronger boundaries
A framework for seeing energetic awareness as a strength, especially in high-stress or unpredictable environments
About Your Facilitator:
Hi, I’m Will McDonald (he/him), a wellness coach, energy worker, intuition teacher, and PhD student in Mind-Body Medicine. My work and research explore how stress impacts intuition through the lens of psychophysiology, with a focus on adaptability, decision-making, and inner resilience.
My healing journey, from years of severe substance dependency to intuitive awareness, taught me that when we care for our bodies and nervous systems in honest, grounded ways, we naturally become more energetically aware.
This workshop is for anyone who wants to live with more intention and inner strength by tuning into what their body and energy are already ready to support.
